Title: wool fleece, hezekiahs signet ring

are these two cards classified as written in the REG (prevents), or are they restricts like how jerusalem tower was changed?

Wool Fleece is a Prevent, HSR is currently also a Prevent but should be a Protect.

It's actually a restrict, like Jerusalem Tower.

Wool Fleece is still a prevent.
