Can Witch of Endor (http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/redemption/images/7/7d/Witch_of_Endor_%28Wa%29.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20130420230716) convert Saul/Paul (http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/redemption/images/f/f9/Saul_-_Apostles.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100523002456) to an evil character, or does it have to convert the Old Testament Saul?

Saul becomes Paul when he is a hero. Also, it refers the unique character, OT Saul.

This is correct.  Only the OT Saul (being King Saul) is targeted/referenced as far as the ability goes.

It would also work if the evil Saul was converted to a hero, right,  since they are the same character?

Any card that refers to King Saul that is currently a hero can be converted, yes.

Okay thanks. That's pretty much what I assumed.  It'd be pretty crazy if evil Saul (O.T.) got converted and Witch of Endored in the same game :P
