Question is, does Midianite Attack negate Wickedness Removed? Is it the same logic that Gam's Speech can negate cards such as SSS and Bel's Banq? And if not can Gam's Speech negate cards like Nunc Dimitis or Wickedness Removed after being removed from the game? They aren't cbn so, looking for an answer here! Thanks!
Scenario:
Wickedness Removed is played removed from the game for it's ability then Overwhelming Presence is played giving special initiative to play Midianite Attack to negate being underdecked.
Wickedness Removed
You may remove this card from the game to reveal the top five cards of opponent's deck. Remove the evil cards from the game. You may put the Lost Souls in play. Place the rest beneath deck.
Midianite Attack
All special abilities except banding on characters and enhancements except this one are negated.

I think Midianite Attack - as a negate all - can't target anything that's already been removed from play.
Gamaliel's Speech - as a negate last - can target the last enhancement regardless of where it is.
I'm unsure about "negate a/an/one", like Covenant of Noah. I think most people play it like "negate last", but not sure that's correct.

I may be wrong, but I certainly would play that it negates wickedness removed (as well as overwhelming presence).

Unless it causes SI, a card that removes itself from play can't be negated by anything that negates all, since it only negates cards in play.
