Title: Which cards are worth what?
Post by: thomas.laird on July 24, 2016, 10:10:31 PM
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could instruct me on how I can know the rarity on all  my cards. Is there some where or way to specify rare or not rare cards? Any insight would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks!

Thomas.

Well, if you're wondering what your cards are worth, there's always the Three Lions Gaming pricelist: http://media.wix.com/ugd/3ecdb9_a61e08fc019b43908425ad65797590ec.pdf

If you'd like to know the rarities of your cards you can easily sort and see what is what be using this amazing excel spreadsheet (http://landofredemption.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/All_Sets.xls) from Land of Redemption (http://landofredemption.com/).

In today's market, however, just because a card is a rare or has a shiny gold boarder, especially for the order foil packs, doesn't necessarily mean that they are of extreme value. Now that's not to say that none of those cards are valuable, only that a large number have been made more available or altogether superfluous because the newer "Box Packs" typically include many of the older rares/ultra rares.

All that to say, if you want to know the rarities for collection purposes the spreadsheet is the way to go, but if you want to know what cards are valued at what prices, then Three Lions Gaming (http://www.threelionsgaming.com/) (TLG) is your source.

TLG even has a nifty PDF document (http://media.wix.com/ugd/3ecdb9_a61e08fc019b43908425ad65797590ec.pdf) with all of their prices organized by set that makes it easy to lookup any card.
