Warning against rebellion SA

Reveal the top 5 cards of opponent's deck: put lost souls in play and underdeck the rest. If blocking, you may topdeck a lost soul.

My question is say a side battle is created with your King Rehoboam. If you then play Warning against rebellion in that side battle are you able to topdeck a lost soul since you as a player are blocking or is it relative to the side battle only?

 Since you're playing it in the side battle and thus are not blocking then you cannot top deck a lost soul.
