What happens when TxP Gomer does a CBN band to Twelve-Fingered Giant, who negates all banding and also CBN? Thanks.
-
TFG tries to negate Gomer, but can't, so the band stays. It's the whole rock-paper-scissors thing; I'm sure someone else could explain it better.

Cannot be negated means Cannot be Negated.
Gomer is not trying to negate Twelve Fingers.. so nothing happens to his Ability.
Twelve Fingers is trying to negate Gomer, but can't due to her being CBN. The fact that Twelve Fingers has NOTHING to do with his inability to negate Gomer.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear. I made a casual banding deck and it was pointed out that 12 FG could mess it up, which is true, but I was hoping that my Gomer could band to his 12 FG and maybe have my opponent remove him for me :) Thanks.

gomer yet again proves to be so sick. best bander evar?

Well, I suppose if they made a CBN Lot's wife (who can band to ANY evil character, male or female), that would be best ever. But for now I think Gomer, being brown especially, holds that title quite comfortably :)

Whoopsies. Thanks for that correction. :D

Personally, I like using Habitation of Demons on TFG, then banding him to either Prince of this World, King of Tyrus, or Red Dragon (depending on the opponent).
