when exactly was Haman able to be played in a tournament?

Any time after you have gotten the promo at YOUR state tourney. So Regionals and Nats would be coolio to play it at.

so in Minnesota, you can't play it yet. aha!

Hey,

Haman can only be used at Regional and National tournaments during the 2009 tournament season and in any tournament in any future tournament season.

And he can be used in casual play as soon as you acquire him :)

I thought Rob had said that Haman could not be used in 2009 state & regional tournaments.

No, just 2009 State and below, he referenced Gates which could not be used until Natz.
