If you toss a card with the characters name in title, does it get Name-on-Name bonus?

Last I knew the answer was no. Name on name bonus happens when the enhancement is played on the character.  With toss nothing is being "played".

Good question. This recently came up when play testing the new set because a new DAE and EC have name on name synergy.
