If I make a rescue attempt and my opponent blocks and plays To each his own which says each player May searched his discard pile for an evil enhancement. If my opponent has dull soul in his land of bondage and I searched because of To each his own does he get to use the dull soul.

Dull Soul only triggers on a good search/look/reveal ability.
