Title: Tin 13 and Tin 14 Lost Soul cards switched in REG

This is a note to anyone interested (and hopefully helpful for the next REG update)... The Lost Soul that is listed as being in Tin 13 in the REG is actually in Tin 14, and vice versa. :)
