When the Throne of David triggers can you do one or the other? can you draw instead playing and enhancement or can you play an enhancement instead of drawing or do you have to do both?

You may in this case allows you to do either, neither or both.

Thanks this clears some things up. The way this is worded it makes it sound like if you do the one then you can do the other but if you don't do the first one you can't do the second one.
Play As:
If your purple king is blocked and no Evil Character in battle is equipped with a weapon, you may draw X and play an O.T. purple Enhancement.

If the "and" was replaced with "to" then you would be correct that's it would only be either or neither. Since it is the "and" you can apply the "may" to the draw X and again to the play an OT purple enhancement.
