what is the rule on reaction to The Second Coming being played? Does your opponent actually get the opportunity to react? If you play Son of God do you have to actually move it to your discard pile before playing The Second Coming?

It is technically in your discard pile at that time, and currently the player who acted last (played SoG) still has the opportunity to follow it up with another play, so long as it is immediate.

what if they have Music Leader? do you have to wait for them to complete their search before playing Son of God again if you wanted to play Son of God again after playing The Second Coming?
