Title: The Judean Mediums

I checked the REG but I want to make sure, Are "The Judean Mediums" generic EC's? The REG says no or doesn't list them as such.

If the title begins with 'The' it is almost always unique. I cant think of an exception. if there is, it would say it was generic on the card.

yeah. like The Imperial Guard. it is a unique Babylonian. or The Assyrian Spoilers. just a unique group. I could be wrong, but I do not think I am.

Yes, The Judean Mediums are a unique group.

This was done intentionally to keep them from being a little too powerful for T2 (where a player could potentially have 4 of them in play if they were generic).
