Title: The Judean Mediums

If blocking and opponent had used a draw or search ability this turn, demons and magicians cannot be negated. May band to a demon or magician.

Does my opponent have to use a draw or search ability each turn to make them CBN? Or is it just a one time thing which makes my demons and magicians CBN for the game?

It's only for one turn.

It's just a normal ongoing ability so it activates when Mediums enter battle and lasts until the end of the phase.
