Since he is not listed under the REG's list of Generic Characters, he is unique.

Generally, "the" cards are unique.

I almost said that, but realized Demon behind the Idol and Seeker of the Lost are technically exceptions.

Characters whose titles start with the word "The" are unique.  :)
