Title: TEAMS and Dominants

I know it was talked about a while ago to allow players to play duplicate dominants that their partner already played and not have the ability take effect, as opposed to having to discard them in dc phase. Was this ever implemented as an official rule?

The current rule is that you are restricted from playing duplicate dominants so no you would not be able to play them.
