Title: Stronghold in the Desert + Jahaziel
Post by: Tsavong Lah on September 15, 2008, 10:30:53 PM
So I'm pretty sure this doesn't work, but I'd like to clarify. Placing a hero in SitD doesn't count as being "set-aside", does it?

Stronghold in the Desert
Type: Fortress • Brigade: Multicolor • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Protect contents from opponents' cards. While occupied, each time an opponent plays an Evil Character of a brigade he does not already have in play, discard the top card of his deck. • Attributes: Holds any number of OT warrior class human Heroes • Identifiers: Holds any number of II Samuel and I Chronicles warrior class Heroes • Verse: I Chronicles 12:8 • Availability: Rock of Ages (Set 11)

Jahaziel, son of Zechariah
Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Red • Ability: 9 / 10 • Class: None • Special Ability: If you have a Hero in a set-aside area, you may place an O.T. Enhancement of matching brigade from hand or discard pile on that Hero. The next time that Hero enters battle, that Enhancement activates and is discarded immediately. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Levite • Verse: II Chronicles 20:14 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Uncommon)

There's no indication that Stronghold is set aside, so no.
