Title: Stop that banding!

If I'm blocked by Lot's Wife "band to any Evil Character" and then that character bands to another who bands to another and so on. . . If I play a card that negates the special ability on an Evil Character, and I use it Lot's Wife, do all the characters banded into battle go away, or just the one banded to Lot's Wife?

I would say they all go away because if you negate lot's wife then it's like she never brought in a second evil character to bring in anyone else.

unfortunately you are incorrect.
If lots wife is negated, the others are not negated. Banding is basicly bring into battle. So you lose the person lots wife banded in, but the rest stay.

Hey,

If you negate Lot's Wife's ability all other characters would go back.  Negating an ability negates it's direct effect (the character Lot's Wife banded into battle goes back) and it's indirect effect (basically anything that would not have happened if Lot's Wife's ability hadn't been used in the first place).

As a side note, any banding that "cannot be negated" or "cannot be interrupted" would stick to the table (plus any other cards that end up where yesterday's Mountain Dew spilled).
