Title: Snake into the Fire

Hello Gents:

Snake into the Fire (SitF) reads:  "Interrupt the battle and remove an evil enhancement or a non-human evil character from the game."

QUESTION:  Does a "symbolic" evil character count as a "non human" evil character. Specifically - WAR comes to mind.

In other words, can I use SitF to remove War from the game?

P.S. Does this ruling apply to all symbolics (i.e. are all "symbolics" non-human)?
