Most certainly. :)

The Canaanites that already existed before the new set are Sisera, Lot's Wife, Lot's Daughters, Prince of Tyrus, and King of Tyrus, as stated in the Tower of Thebez article.

Are the Prophets of Baal canaanites as well?
Baal was a canaanite false god, and they are associated with Jezebel, who is a canaanite.

They might be, but they also might just be Israelites who were corrupted by Jezebel into worshipping Baal. There's nothing in I Kings 18 that suggests one way or another, so I guess the answer would have to be no, since we typically only add identifiers when there is Biblical evidence to support them.

If that is true, then do prophets of Baal have any nationality?

There are a few genderless characters in Redemption. I suppose we can have some nationality-less characters, too.
