Title: side battle question
Post by: jesse on September 12, 2017, 09:34:08 PM
Can you band to a character in a side battle who was already played in the main battle? That is, bring a character from the main battle into the side battle via a band ability in the side battle?

Generally no - by default, banding targets a character in a territory or your hand, and the main battle is neither.  The Second Seal/Siege band in characters in play, so they might get around the default.

Going by ORCID, both those cards are normal band abilities and wouldn't get around it. Whether that's an oversight in ORCID or how it actually works I'm unsure.
