:Seven Years of Famine"-If used by a Genesis character, place in your territory for 7 turns: Negate draw and ignore abilities. During each player’s upkeep, if their hand is 7 or more, they must discard 1.

"Household Idols"-Heroes may not band. Good banding cards have no effect. Errata/Play As: Banding of Heroes is prevented. Good banding cards are ignored.

Household Idols is treated as an ignore-"has no effect"

Does Seven years of famine negate HHI?
