Does revealing count as searching, I'm not totally sure.

No.

So then I can reveal something on the bottom of my deck and it would not count as a search?
Also I have one other question, if I have Gabriel search for an enhancement that can interrupt, and I play it how does that work? Because it's interrupting his ability to search it. (This is assuming I can search)

Search is an instant ability and since it was used by you, I'm not aware of any card that can function as you've described.

To expand upon Praeceps' correct comment, interrupt cards either interrupt a specific thing or interrupt the battle. Generally good interrupts don't interrupt Heroes so that wouldn't apply. If Gabriel retrieves an interrupt the battle (such as Striking Herod) it would not interrupt his search as "interrupt the battle" abilities never interrupt your own instant abilities, only your opponent's.
