Title: reusing cards

at a tournament can I first enter one deck (say for T1 2P ) and then when that category'sover and another category begins (say T1 MP) can I switch out a good 20-30 cards from the first deck to the 2nd so I don't haveto have multiple of each card?

Yes, I believe you can do that, as long as it's before you check your deck in (if there's enough time). Once you check your deck in for the event, it has to stay like that.

Yeah thats perfectly legal! Or to make it easier you could ask someone with tons of cards to borrow those cards you need and write it down so you dont have to do massive swap...but yeah its legal what you asked.
