Title: Restrict - Darius Decree

Is there a list of restrict cards?  Is Darius Decree a restrict? 

I found this:

Type: Artifact • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Opponents may not play good Enhancements from hand, unless an Evil Character is in battle. You may discard this card to discard all Heroes in set-aside areas. • Play As: Restrict opponents from playing good Enhancements from hand, unless an Evil Character is in battle. You may discard this card to discard all Heroes in set-aside areas. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Daniel 6:9

It says restrict in the play-as but I'm not sure if that is correct.

If so, then a converted Namaan with horses still can't play pre-block?

I'm not aware of a list of restrict cards.

Darius' Decree is a restrict ability because it limits what a player can do.

A converted Namaan could not play using Horses even though it's CBN.

There may be a card coming in August with that says "Restrict players from..." instead of "Players many not..."
