What card types are not allowed to start in the reserve pile?

Dominants for sure and I believe souls as well.

Except the Hopper LS is permitted to be in it.

No LS?!?  There go my plans for adding 10 LS to the Reserve and then adding 10 additional dominants to my deck.  ;)
