Ok so... is it legal to have the following cards in a typical T1 deck?

Ehuds Dagger. (Blue)
Ehuds Dagger. (Gold)

do enhancements run into the "Uniqueness" issue that characters do when it comes to deckbuilding?

Here (http://cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/index.php?topic=6691.0), Bryon said that they follow the same rules as unique characters.  That thread's a year old, so it may have changed.
