Under the entry for Joel, son of Samuel, Jehoram the Priest is listed under good Kings.

I think he is... isn't he the one that recurs if book of the law is active? This is off memory...  ;D

EDIT again: I realize now that the question is whether he is a KING, not whether he is GOOD. I didn't think he was a king. Shows how much I contributed.  ;)

The verse for Jehoram shows him only as a Priest so I would agree that this is a mistake.
