Cascade - How does it work now in complex situations?

Hi everybody,

I fear I will be asking several similar questions regarding that topic in future - depending on which situations might occur. Maybe someone experienced can create a sticky thread with all relevant cases covered (with examples or general descriptions)?

For example: When another character is banded into battle and that's characters ability will remove/defeat the last opposing character. Now when the banding would be negated my current understanding of non-cascading would be that the removing/defeating ability of that previously banded character is still resolving.

Is this understanding correct?

Thanx for a short clarification.

Bye

That looks correct to me.

Removing cascade basically means "unplaying" a card doesn't negate that card.
Negate a band ability, and the abilities of the characters banded in remain unless they turn themselves off (Cloud Moses only negates cards in battle while he's in battle).
Negate an add to battle ability, and the abilities of the cards added to battle remain unless they turn themselves off.
Negate an activate an Artifact ability, and the abilities of the activated Artifacts remain unless they turn themselves off.
