Let's say I go in with elishana, If Jehosaphat is in play, you may place an OT enhancement from hand or discard pile on a human hero of a matching brigade in your territory; the next time that hero enters battle it activates and is immediatly discarded, and get back a warrior class enhancement. Would the enhancement stick by game rule or would it be discarded due to it's effect?

The ability says to discard it, so you have to discard it unless another card keeps you from doing so.

Typically special abilities override normal game rules. I would say that the WC-GE would be discarded in this case.
