When I went through the new set I saw two cards that contained a statement that would say good (book of the bible) cards cannot be negated. So does that mean it's also equal to "cannot be negated"? Here is a card from the new set:
Isaiah (FF2)
Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Green • Ability: 7 / 8 • Class: None • Special Ability: Protect purple Kings from opponents. Search discard pile for a good Isaiah card and place it on deck to draw X. Good Isaiah cards cannot be negated. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Prophet, X = the number of your Isaiah Angels
Does that mean both Isaiah's ability cannot be negated and any Isaiah referenced cards also cannot be negated after he enters battle? Also, I'm assuming this effect only lasts till the end of the battle but just to be clear, the card doesn't state till when. Some cards will say while in play and so on, so what's the length of time for this card?

Yes, it means any card with an Isaiah reference cannot be negated, which includes Isaiah. :) The default for an ability played in battle is until the end of the battle, so that would be true here, as well.

Isaiah and Ezekiel grant a "cannot be negated" status to themselves. Isaiah because he is a good Isaiah card and Ezekiel because he is a good Ezekiel card.
The default for all character abilities is that they are only active while in battle. A few character do say "while this card remains in play". Those are the exception though, not the general rule.
