Title: Question about wool fleece

How does the COW wool Fleece work?

"Protect evil characters from band abilities?"

How does the protect work against something like Messenger of Satan that can't be prevented?

MoS still wouldn't be able to band because WF is a protect ability and not a prevent ability, unlike how Household Idols is a prevent ability (per the REG) that prevents heroes from banding (unless the good banding ability is CBP or CBN).

MoS wouldn't be able to band to human ECs that are protected by Wool Fleece.  However, characters that are not targeted by Wool Fleece could still be banded to.  Examples include Kings of Judah in territory protected by Gates of Jerusalem, or human ECs in your hand.
