Title: Question about some generic cards

1) Can I have both the TexP and the Prophets version of Astrologers in my deck?

2) Can I have both the TexP and Apostles version of Wandering Spirit in my deck?  The art is reversed on the TexP version, so I'm not sure if that would be considered "different card art."

2.no the art work is just flipped
