Title: Protection
Post by: Beryllium on June 01, 2016, 09:53:23 AM
If a creature has protection from humans, is that just an enter the battlefield effect, or does it stick around?  Does protection mean it can't be killed by humans?  What about the effects of humans?

Can you be a little more specific? Protection as an ability can be interrupted or negated. Depends on where and how the animal is protected so if you post the cards/ abilities you are referring to you may get a better answer

By default, protection only lasts until the end of battle. Protection means abilities of the type it's protecting against can't target the protected card. Also, if a character is protected from humans, any abilities except negate abilities on humans or on enhancements played on those humans can't affect the protected card.
