Title: Protected from side battles

I know the answer to this question but I'm having a hard time getting through to the person that I am playing so I'm going to ask this question to satisfy him.



If an evil character is protected from good cards can my opponent play and enhancement to create a side battle between my evil character that is in battle and protected an a evil character in play?

A card that causes 2 evil characters to fight is considered a side battle he has to Target my evil character that is protected from his good cards which he cannot do.

No. It won't affect that character. He is protected.

And he doesn't have to read it in its entirety he just needs to read it when we have a problem and the next time we won't have the same problem.
