Title: Promo Legality for Covid

Since 2019-2020 Nationals has taken place, can I play this year's state promo or regionals promo at the tournament I receive it? Important for potential deck planning for upcoming states and regs.

subject to being wrong... I believe Promos can now be played at the Tournament you received them...

Promos are legal at the tournament you receive them. I think that's in the host guide.
