Genderless refers to the changed role of "priests" after Christ's death.

This confuses me. Instead of "genderless," do you mean "generic"? Otherwise, please explain.

That's what they were referring to. Because of the nature of PoC, referring to both the male and female members of the Church, it was determined to be genderless.

I know, but that specific comment was on the "role" of priests, not the qualifications, so I was confused.
