Title: Placed cards

What happens to placed cards when a character is converted?

If a hero is converted to an evil character with cloud of witnesses Falling Away do the placed cards stay on the hero or do they get discarded?

Also can Peter heal a character from falling away or a convert ability?

They stay placed on the converted character but depending on the requirements of the placed cards their abilities may no longer work.

Heal doesn't interact with convert in any way.
