Title: Pithom and Warriors Spear

If pithom discards the top card of deck and it is hopper is the lost soul discarded or put in play.

If Warriors spear does not discard a ls off top of deck does it stay on the hero after battle.

(I believe both of these are yes but I want to make sure....)

Hopper is discarded.  Pithom does not send LS to play.

Warrior's Spear stays, as long as it does not discard a LS.

Pithom
Type: Fortress • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Each time an opponent plays a Dominant, if you have an Egyptian in play, discard the top card of his deck or place a good card in his territory beneath deck.

Warrior's Spear
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Red • Ability: 3 / 2 • Class: Weapon • Special Ability: Discard the top card of opponent's deck. If it is a Lost Soul, put it in play instead and discard this card after battle.

Really need the abilities for this sort of thing ;)  Also, agree with jmhartz on both.
