777Godspeed is correct. "Topdeck and/or underdeck the rest" is the wording we use to allow you to split them up.Correct if I'm wrong, but this is also a wording in which you can choose the order. Technically I suppose you could be required to maintain the order of the ones you topdeck and/or underdeck, but that seems like too much work and it would mean everyone plays Divination wrong.
Divination includes the phrase "in any order", so it's safe. AFAIK, "in any order" is always the requirement to change the order, so there are "topdeck and/or underdeck" cards that do require you to maintain the order.Oops, guess I should've looked it up first. Makes sense.
