Title: Order of Operations: Placed Enhancements and Hidden Treasures
Post by: Sean on May 02, 2009, 06:47:56 PM
If I have an Enhancement placed on a green prophet and begin a battle with Hidden Treasures (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/hiddentreasures.htm) active, does the Enhancement activate first or does Hidden Treasures activate first?

Enhancement first.

That's what I thought.  If the placed Enhancement is Visions of Iddo the Seer (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/visionsofiddotheseer.htm), would Hidden Treasures trigger?

Hm... I don't think you could play an enhancement, because there's no hero... but I THINK(key word) that you could discard. Cause he did "begin" a battle.

+1 with LN.  Visions of iddo the seer would be a really dumb enhancement to place on a hero.  but its not a dumb as AOTL'ing a hero or CM'ing an EC.

I agree with the two gentlemen above.

So that means I could use the discard ability of Hidden Treasures?  Just clarifying.

I'm fairly certain you can use the discard ability, yes.
