Title: orange panic demon and The Garden Tomb

Would the orange panic demon negate the special ability of Garden Tomb for just that turn or is it for the rest of the entire game?  Seems to me if it is just that turn, the orange panic demon is rather worthless against The Garden Tomb.  Am I missing something?

If there are 2 orange Evil Characters in play so that the Orange Panic Demon can block he will only negate The Garden Tomb for that battle.  Since Panic Demons are in every evil brigade he would then be able to bring in a Panic Demon banding chain that wouldn't have been able to block otherwise.
