Still just starting out, but an odd thought came to mind. Say you use something like Egyptian Horsemen to put cards from the top of the drawpile into the discard. If you happen to discard more than n-5 lost souls in this way (where n is the total number of Lost Souls in your opponents deck) is there any way to win the game (e.g. your opponent has 7 Lost Souls in deck and 3 end of discarded)? Are there any ways to deal with this?

Yep, create your own LSs to rescue.
Some commonly used cards that do this include:
the "Hopper" LS
The Amalekites Slave
Pharoah's Cupbearer
Assyrian Survivor
Dungeon of Malchiah + King Zedekiah
Malchus
Potipher's Wife + battle winner
Joseph + Joseph Before Pharaoh

Don't use Egyptian Horsemen. ;)
You could win by timeout lead, or you could add cards to your deck that get LSs out of the discard pile, or you could add cards that generate LSs (as listed in the previous post).

If you are in the middle of the game and your deck is not prepared for this situation, then NO....there is no way to deal with not having enough lost souls to go for (with card play).
The above 2 posts do propose ways to deal with that situation PRIOR to game start.

If you use Blue cards, you can use Pleading for the City, but its not the best option either.
