I don't know the moniker for it yet, but I'm asking about the new soul from the tin (if you played an evil enhancement, discard all rescuing heroes).
Opponent attacks.
I block with a PG Evil Character.
I play Death of Unrighteous (discard evil character to shuffle all souls).
After I shuffle the souls, he plays Harvest Time.
He brings the aforementioned soul back out and rescues it.
Do his heroes get discarded?

I would say yes.

Yes. DoU was played in the same battle as that Soul was rescued.
As for the moniker, most people I know (as well as RTS) have been calling that LS the Fool LS, for the scripture verse from Ecc. 10:3--"Even when the fool walks along the road, his sense is lacking and he demonstrates to everyone that he is a fool."

Does that mean if Mr. T played redemption he would call it the "I pity the fool!" soul? I pity the hero that rescues it. ;)

Yeah, the most common names I've seen for the 3 souls (and the names I used on the Wiki) are:
Tin: "Fool"
Draw 1: "Rejoice"
Recur a hero: "Resurrection"
