Title: Neutral Cards

This may sound stupid, but what is a neutral card?

Sites, Lost Souls, Artifacts, im pretty sure that cards with a good and evil brigade are considered evil, good, and neutral. Its basically something without an alliance.

The only truly neutral cards are Artifacts (not Covenants or Curses), Lost Souls, and Sites. Dual alignment cards are considered neutral for deck-building but not for gameplay purposes.
