Can you negate and Immune or Ignore if they are already played?

Unless they are "Cannot be Negated/Interrupted/Prevented" then yes.

Negate, prevent, interupt beats immunity/ignore/protection.
Immunity/ignore/Protection beats Cannot be negated.
Cannot Be Negated beats negate/prevent/interrupt.
