Title: Neb and Horses

This is probably an easy question but oh well,

If you put Swift Horses on Neb which ability plays out first?

Neb's.  As far as I can remember, the only character abilities that would activate after a weapon are banding and choose the blocker abilities.  There's a list somewhere (the REG for sure) that has the order of the 7ish ability activations.
