So your opponent has Nazzy down and u mayhem. THey shuffle thier hand. What happens?

Nothing because they don't shuffle their hand.

I think he means if they do so accidentally. I would say that the opponent should just draw 6 and try to remember what his cards say next time.

At Nats 2007 a guy at my T1-MP table rescued with Hur and shuffles his own hand -1 into his deck thinking he could Hur himself. Whomever the judge was rules that he had to keep playing with the 1 card he kept.

At a high level tournament I would probably rule it the same way. But during playgroup, or even at a low level tournament I would rule as ProfAlstad suggested.
