Title: Narrow Escape

RA with War Officer. Opponent blocks with PG EC and plays Consumed by Doubt. I play Narrow Escape. Does Narrow Escape remove Consumed by Doubt since it is "harming" the hero?

Narrow Escape
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: White • Ability: 3 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Allow one Hero to retreat from battle unharmed. Return one good enhancement, except this one, to player's hand. • Identifiers: None • Verse: II Corinthians 11:33 • Availability: Apostles booster packs (Common)

Consumed by Doubt
Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Pale Green • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Place this card on a Hero in battle. While there, Hero's special ability is negated. If Hero returns to territory without making a successful rescue, that Hero cannot enter battle until this card is removed. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Psalms 55:5 • Availability: Angel Wars booster packs (Common)

Wouldn't Consumed by Doubt stay on the hero, because the hero is retreating. And unharmed probably means without getting discarded.

"Unharmed" just means that they don't get discarded if they were losing by the numbers. Placed enhancements remain placed.
