Just want to make sure......

Michael’s Sword
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Silver • Ability: 3 / 2 • Class: Weapon • Special Ability: Negate all immune abilities on Evil Characters and evil weapons. • Identifiers: OT, Depicts a Weapon • Verse: Daniel 10:13 • Availability: Angel Wars booster packs (Ultra Rare)

When do the weapon class horses (2kh, Egyptian Horses, NC&H,PC&H,Swift Horses) allow the Human w/c EC blocking Michael w/AS to play the next enhancement? Is it only when the w/c horses are on CBN w/c EC (The Rabakshah, Naaman, Nergalsharezer, etc) or is it anytime they are on an w/c EC?
Now that we're a family, I can be the ulll-timate DAD.

Its anytime because Angel's Sword has to wait for the blocking to finish before playing an enhancement which includes the weapon activating

but why doesn't angel's sword over-ride the game rule?  angels sword says that the angel gets to play the first enhancement, so that should over-ride the game rule that the 2k horses needs to fully finish right, because angel's sword has to play the first enhancement

Play First =/= Play First, it has been redefined as Play Next, all cards with Play First language have de-facto play as to make this so.

That's why 2KH trumps Angels Sword, regardless of who it gets played on.

The play as reads "If blocked by a human Evil Character, holder may play the first enhancement on this character".

EDIT: (Sorry. Accidentally submitted my post before finishing).

Does this mean that if I say, band to whatever Angel is holding the sword, I MUST play the enhancement on that angel? I'm going to be disappointed if I spent all that time thinking of an awesomesauce play and it doesn't work.

The play as that Rawrlolsauce posted was decided upon because it made no sense according to the order of abilities activating.

If Angel's Sword activated before 2kh, that means if 2kh was placed on Assyrian archer, then Angels Sword would activate before Assyrian Archer could finish activating his full ability, since banding comes after weapons.

That made no sense, so play first was changed to "play next" to avoid logistics issues like this.

If a card says "Play an enhancement on this character" then you can ONLY play the enhancement on that character, versus "Play an enhancement" which can be played on ANY character.

Shouldn't it be an errata then, beings it changes the funciton of the SA?

The original says:  "If blocked by a human Evil Character, Hero may play the first enhancement."
Does "hero" refer to the character its on, or any hero? I thought it meant any hero, but that might be where my confusion is caused.

Hero refers to the character specifically, so it's not an errata.

What about Jacob? Is that considered "Hero" like Angel's Sword, or "Holder" like ET?

Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Blue • Ability: 6 / 5 • Class: None • Special Ability: May band to a silver brigade Hero, or you may play a Genesis Enhancement. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Patriarch • Verse: Genesis 32:24 • Availability: Faith of Fathers (Set 4)

On an unrelated note: I killed Nomad while reading your replies :3. 13 sara brews (4) left, lol.

LOL.

Also, Jacob is more like ET I would assume. "you may play" means it can go on any hero you control in battle.

Correct. I have seen people band Maharai to Jacob and then play Love at First Sight. "You may play" = "holder may play" which means that any enhancement in a brigade represented in battle can be played.
